Job Description

Scope Provision of Quantity Surveying and Contract Management capability

Duties

  • Preferably NEC contracts (mainly Options A, C, and E).
  • Performing quantity surveying and cost control
  • Assessing change orders and variations per contract.
  • Timely preparation and submission of AFPs.
  • Estimating and negotiating change orders.
  • Cost planning, producing, and presenting final cost plans.
  • Reconciliation of changes for data accuracy.
  • Managing cost checks and valuations on projects.
  • Managing cost impact, contingency, and commitment tracking.
  • Ensuring effective cost auditing, validation, and valuation processes.
  • Monitoring and reporting weekly project progress.
  • Evaluating progress and updating main system for measurement/accounting.
  • Tracking weekly man-hours vs. budget.
  • Monitoring budgets, forecasts, and timelines for timely project delivery.
  • KPI performance monitoring.
  • Monthly profit & loss and financial reporting/forecasting.
  • Competent with Excel and SAP experience would be beneficial.
