Partner / Director Insolvency Practice
Location: Swindon
Position: Full time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £100,000 plus benefits

Our client is looking for a dynamic Partner or Director to lead and develop their insolvency team, playing a pivotal role in expanding their presence beyond the established hubs of Taunton and Swindon.
You will be:
- Leading and managing a team to deliver high-quality insolvency services
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships and networks
- Taking appointments and driving business development
- Collaborating across multiple offices to support regional expansion
- Maintaining excellent standards of client service and compliance
You will have:
- A proven track record of winning business and taking appointments in insolvency
- Strong leadership and people management experience
- Confidence in client-facing situations with excellent networking skills
- A long-term commitment to growing within the practice
