Meraki Talent are seeking a motivated and client-focused Digital Specialist Support to join an existing team. As part of this role you will deliver bespoke digital banking support to clients and colleagues across Fiduciaries, Funds, and Family Office relationships. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring world-class service while managing and resolving complex digital banking and servicing requests. Key Responsibilities will include;
- Review and resolve customer requests relating to accounts, products, and services, escalating where necessary.
- Collaborate with teams across the organisation to integrate and promote best practice in the client request process.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Lead or guide colleagues, contributing to decision-making, policy development, and operational effectiveness.
- Provide expertise in complex digital banking, servicing, and cash management solutions.
- Analyse data, identify risks, and contribute to the control and governance agenda.
- Communicate complex or sensitive information effectively to influence stakeholders.
Applicants should have gained experience in relationship management within financial services, with a track record of enhancing client experiences. It is essential applicants have a proven knowledge of digital banking platforms, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a methodical approach to your work.
