Basic salary up to £25,000 (including car allowance), financial guarantees of £500 per month for the first 5 months, pension, life assurance, bonuses, and commission.

Realistic OTE:

• Year 1: £45,000 - £55,000
• Year 2 onwards: £65,000+

Key Responsibilities

As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor or Trainee Mortgage Broker in St. Neots, your key duties will include:

• Learning the intricacies of the mortgage market, products, and regulatory requirements.
• Assisting clients referred by the estate agency in finding tailored mortgage and protection solutions.
• Conducting initial consultations to understand clients' financial needs and goals.
• Researching and recommending suitable mortgage products from a panel of lenders.
• Guiding clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.
• Preparing and submitting mortgage applications accurately and efficiently.
• Liaising with lenders, solicitors, and estate agents to facilitate transactions.
• Providing regular updates and communication to clients throughout the process.
• Participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills.
• Working towards and exceeding sales targets and performance goals.

Key Requirements

To excel as a Trainee Mortgage Advisor or Trainee Mortgage Broker in St. Neots, you will need:

• CeMAP 1 qualification (or equivalent) as a minimum requirement.
• A clean credit history and a full UK driving license.
• Previous sales experience, ideally in a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and meet client needs effectively.
• A positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow within the mortgage advisory sector.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
