Location: Manchester, UK

Job Type: Permanent / Full-Time

Salary: Up to 26,000

This role is perfect for someone eager to gain hands-on experience across both finance and general office administration, with plenty of scope to develop and grow.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing supplier and client relationships, handling queries and reconciliations
• Supporting the Accounts Receivable credit control process
• Processing Accounts Payable invoices and reconciliations
• Assisting with accruals, aged WIPs, and financial data reporting
• Preparing and distributing reports, logs, and statements
• Providing general office and team support, including managing communications

Previous experience in a finance or office administration role would be an advantage, but training and support will be provided for the right person.
