Location: Glasgow
Contract: 10 months, inside IR35
We're seeking a Chartered Technologist (CIAT) to join a Glasgow team delivering industrial and manufacturing facilities. You'll support the design process from concept through detailed design, coordinating with multiple disciplines to ensure high-quality project delivery.
Requirements:
- Chartered Technologist
- Emphasis on RIBA Stages 2-4
- Experience with industrial/large-scale projects
- Strong Revit and BIM Level 2 skills
- Knowledge of UK Building Regulations
- Team player, organised, and detail-focused
- Hold security clearance, or willing to be obtained
