Architect

Location: Glasgow
Contract: 10 months, Inside IR35

We're seeking an ARB-registered Architect to join a Manchester-based team delivering industrial and manufacturing facilities within highly regulated environments. Ideally, you ll bring experience in the nuclear sector; however, we re also open to candidates from other highly regulated industries such as logistics, pharmaceuticals, or defence.

You ll support the design process from concept through detailed design, coordinating with multiple disciplines to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Requirements:

• ARB-registered

• Experience with industrial or large-scale projects

• Background in nuclear or other highly regulated sectors (e.g. logistics, pharmaceuticals, defence)

• Strong Revit and BIM Level 2 skills

• Knowledge of UK Building Regulations

• Team player, organised, and detail-focused

• Willing to obtain security clearance
