Contract Role - Banking Remediation Analyst - Manchester - 06 Months Initial - Inside IR35

We are seeking a detail-oriented Banking Remediation Analyst to join our Controls & Remediation team to play a key role in coordinating and executing remediation activities, tracking progress, and engaging directly with internal and external clients to ensure timely, compliant resolution of identified issues.

Role Overview:

• Manage end-to-end remediation workflows:
• Create and maintain remediation trackers (spreadsheets, databases)
• Log and monitor action items, deadlines, and statuses
• Conduct regular outreach to stakeholders and clients:
• Schedule calls, capture requirements, and follow up on deliverables
• Draft clear, professional emails and meeting notes
• Prepare status reports and presentations for senior management and regulators
• Identify gaps, escalate risks, and propose corrective actions in a timely manner
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, audit-ready, and stored in accordance with policy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Risk, Compliance, IT, Operations) to drive closure
