TRIA are working exclusively with a client who have recently implemented oracle Simphony.
We're hiring a POS Systems Administrator to manage and optimise the Oracle Simphony environment across a high-profile hospitality and event venue, which includes Stadium, restaurants, bars, events & hotels.
This is a hands-on, system-focused role - perfect for someone who thrives behind the scenes, ensuring menus, pricing, and campaigns are accurate and live across all touchpoints.
What You'll Be Doing
- Administering and configuring the Oracle Simphony POS system via EMC
- Managing menu updates, price changes, and seasonal campaigns
- Supporting matchday and non-matchday operations across multiple venues
- Collaborating with F&B, Commercial, and Events teams to align system content
- Troubleshooting and resolving backend issues, working with internal IT and third-party vendors
- Maintaining system documentation and supporting tech rollouts
What We're Looking For
- Experience with POS systems, ideally Oracle Simphony or similar hospitality POS systems
- Strong understanding of system administration, user access, and data accuracy
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-site environments
- Willingness to support event-based operations
