Parts Advisor Car Dealership
Bury St Edmunds
Up to £30,000 basic + bonus
Full-time Permanent Monday Friday + 1 in 4 Saturdays
The Role
We re looking for a Parts Advisor to join a busy car dealership in Bury St Edmunds. You ll support the service and workshop teams, handle customer enquiries, and manage parts orders to keep the dealership running smoothly.
Duties
- Handle customer and workshop parts enquiries (phone, email, counter)
- Order, stock, and issue car parts to the service and sales teams
- Upsell additional parts, accessories, and service products
- Maintain accurate stock levels and carry out inventory checks
- Provide excellent customer service to retail and trade customers
- Support dealership admin processes related to parts
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor (car dealership or motor trade)
- Good knowledge of car parts and automotive systems
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- IT literate (dealer management systems experience preferred)
- Full UK Driving Licence desirable
