Premier Recruitment Group are proud to be partnering with a highly respected and established organisation within the construction industry who are seeking an experienced Specification Manager to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced driven professional to take the lead in developing specifications with architects, engineers, developers and key stakeholders across major projects in the UK. The role will be field-based with home working, with a fantastic ongoing bespoke training and mentoring programme provided.

The Role
As Specification Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Driving product specification through architects, engineers, and design teams.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers across the construction supply chain.
• Identifying opportunities for growth and securing specification on large-scale, high-value projects.
• Providing technical expertise and support to clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Competitive target salary of 65,000 - 70,000 (subject to KPI's)
