A respected property consultancy in Birmingham is seeking an ambitious Assistant Project Manager to support delivery of public sector and commercial schemes across the Midlands. The Assistant Project Manager will join a supportive team offering full chartership mentoring.
The Assistant Project Manager will gain hands-on experience across all project stages. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager eager to develop in a client-facing role and work towards MRICS or APM status.
The Assistant Project Manager's role
The Assistant Project Manager will support the delivery of projects by assisting with contract administration, preparing progress reports, attending meetings, and engaging with stakeholders.
The Assistant Project Manager
Relevant construction/project management degree
1-2 years' experience in a consultancy setting
Strong communication and report writing
Keen to progress in a structured environment
Working towards APC
