Paint Sprayer

Alliance Personnel are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sprayer to join one of their clients based in Birmingham.

As a Sprayer, you will be responsible for finishing and spraying various metal surfaces to ensure a smooth and flawless appearance. This is a hands-on role that requires precision and attention to detail.

Duties:

• Use hand tools and mechanical knowledge to spray / lacquer the components
• Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary adjustments
• Work with sheet metal and other materials to achieve desired results
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Experience:

• Previous experience as a Sprayer or in a similar role is preferred
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
• Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations
• Knowledge of different spraying techniques and materials

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues

We offer competitive pay based on experience and skill level. This is a full-time position.

Working hours: Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 4:30pm, Friday 7:30am - 1pm (39hrs per week)

Salary up to 15 per hour (depending on experience/skills)
