Residential Support Worker - SEND School (Lincoln LN6)

FULL TIME POSITION ONLY
Pay: 103/day Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30am-4:00pm Start: ASAP
Contract: Long-term with potential to become permanent
We are currently recruiting for a Residential Support Worker to join a specialist SEND school in Lincoln (LN6). This is a rewarding, long-term opportunity supporting children aged 6-16 with severe Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), many of whom are non-verbal and have experienced trauma.
Role Details:
Supporting students with complex needs including ASD, communication difficulties, and emotional challenges
Working closely with teachers and therapists to implement care and education plans
No night shifts - hours are 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Daily rate: 103, paid weekly
Requirements:
Previous experience in healthcare, care work, or supporting children/young people with SEND is highly desirable
Must drive and have access to a vehicle - the school is not accessible by public transport
Calm, empathetic, and committed to supporting vulnerable children
Enhanced DBS (or willing to apply for one)
