Responsibilities
As a Level 1 Air Tightness Technician, your duties will include:
- Conducting air tightness tests for varied building types.
- Ensuring compliance with Approved Documents E and F through sound insulation and airflow testing.
- Preparing precise reports and working closely with on-site teams.
- Maintaining top-condition testing equipment.
Qualifications
- Recognized Level 1 Air Tightness Technician certification or equivalent experience.
- Strong grasp of building regulations for air tightness, sound insulation, and ventilation.
- Valid UK driving license and willingness to commute for projects.
