We're looking for a skilled Finishing Technician to join our client. Working across the M5 and M4 corridor to ensure cattle are finished to the highest standards of welfare, condition, and commercial readiness.

This is a Monday to Friday role with no weekend work, offering autonomy, variety, and the chance to make a visible impact across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assessing cattle condition and readiness for processing
  • Coordinating finishing protocols across multiple sites
  • Maintaining accurate records and performance data
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual and welfare standards
  • Writing reports and communicating findings to internal teams
  • Travelling across the M5/M4 corridor to support partner farms and ABP sites

What You'll Bring

  • Strong animal husbandry and practical livestock handling experience
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build trust across teams
  • Tech-savvy mindset and be comfortable with dairy tech, CRM systems, and digital reporting
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to support others
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel
