Job Title: Handyman / Multi-Skilled Operative
Location: Exeter

Overview:

We are looking for a Handyman / Multi-Skilled Operative to undertake a wide range of maintenance and minor civil works as part of projects for Devon County Council, Environment Agency, and South West Water.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out general repair and maintenance works including fencing, concreting, basic joinery, and minor brick/block work.
• Support the installation of trash screens, drainage headwalls, and small structural elements.
• Assist with setting out and preparing work areas for operatives and subcontractors.
• Ensure all tools and materials are safely and efficiently used.
• Maintain high standards of site tidiness and safety.
• Carry out basic formwork, finishing, and reinstatement tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in multi-skilled site or maintenance work.
• Competent in using hand and power tools.
• CSCS card (essential).
• Full UK driving licence (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
