Spanish Teacher - Manchester - January 2026 Start

Start Date: January 2026
Contract: Part-time (3 days per week) covering maternity
Pay: MPS/UPS (depending on experience)
Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated Spanish Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in Manchester from January 2026. This role is part-time (3 days per week) to cover a maternity leave for around a year.
About the role:
- Teach Spanish across KS3 and KS4
- Support GCSE preparation and outcomes
- Work within a supportive MFL department
- Inspire students to develop a love of languages
The ideal candidate will have:
- QTS/QTLS (or equivalent overseas qualification recognised in the UK)
- Experience teaching Spanish at KS3 and KS4
- A strong classroom presence and enthusiasm for languages
- Up-to-date safeguarding training (or willingness to complete free training)

Requirements:
