Job Description

An Exec Head Chef is required for a global insurance firm in central London. You will oversee all areas of the of the operation from staff restaurant - retail - hospitality - events - grab and go and offering the client street food - bespoke menus - Rosette and Michelin standard fine dining.

This is the perfect role for any Michelin or High Rosettes background Head Chef who has experience in contract catering at a high level.

You will be working closely with the existing team and liaising with the client and developing the outgoing service and food offering.

Exec Head Chef - Highlights:

  • Salary £55,000 - £60,000
  • 40 Hours (dependent on business)
  • Multiple outlets of food offerings - from grab and go to sit down plated.
  • Rosette / Michelin background required
