Main Duties
- Raise and Close Quotations and Job Sheets
Prepare, issue, and finalise all quotations and job sheets as required. - Review Time sheets and Track Wages
Monitor time sheets and ensure accurate tracking for job progress (JP) and employee wages. - Filing and Administrative Support
Maintain organised and up-to-date filing systems while safeguarding confidential information. - Manage Parking Fines and Vehicle Compliance
Handle payment or appeals for parking fines on all registered vehicles, manage vehicle tax, and set up parking apps for staff as needed. - Procurement and Purchase Order Management
Raise purchase orders, procure materials and supplies from suppliers (including online), follow up on delivery schedules, and coordinate delivery notifications with relevant departments. - Office Supplies and Facility Maintenance
Ensure consistent stock and upkeep of stationery
Key Requirements:
- Creating and managing quotations and job sheets
- Generating purchase orders and tracking procurement processes
- Strong computer literacy and software proficiency
- Solid numeracy and literacy skill
- Financial awareness and attention to cost control
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
- Clear and effective communication skill
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary and Benefits
