The Role
This opportunity is ideal for either a trainee Conveyancing Paralegal looking to develop under a highly regarded firm or an experienced individual looking for ownership of a varied caseload and a key role in a dynamic legal team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage residential and commercial conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
Draft, review, and finalise legal documents such as contracts and title deeds.
Carry out property searches and liaise with agents, lenders, and solicitors.
Keep clients fully informed with regular updates on progress.
Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation and firm policies.
Ensure case records are accurate, and deadlines are consistently met.
Contribute to the wider legal team, assisting with additional tasks where required.
About you
The successful candidate will bring a strong background in conveyancing and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
You will have:
Experience in residential and/or commercial conveyancing.
A comprehensive understanding of conveyancing procedures and legal obligations.
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
The ability to handle multiple files efficiently and independently.
Proficiency with legal case management systems and standard IT tools.
A positive mindset and the confidence to find practical solutions.
