As a Protection Adviser, you'll play a key role in helping clients protect what matters most. You'll be responsible for advising on a full range of protection products - including life, critical illness, and income protection - while building lasting client relationships and contributing to the firm's continued success.

You'll have the autonomy to grow and develop your own book of clients, with full support from a well-established brand and a steady stream of warm leads.

• Provide expert advice on a wide range of protection products.
• Manage and grow your own client portfolio.
• Deliver exceptional service and ensure compliance with FCA regulations.
• Work collaboratively with mortgage advisers and other team members to maximise opportunities.

• Proven experience as a Protection Adviser (minimum 2 years preferred).
• A driven, proactive approach to business development.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage your own workload and meet performance targets.
