We are inviting expressions of interest for Production Operatives to join a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing team based in Sheffield. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a proactive mindset and a strong work ethic to work within a high-end production environment, contributing to cutting-edge automotive engineering.
Working as part of a collaborative, multi-functional team, you will:
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and detailed work instructions with accuracy.
Complete tasks to the highest quality standards, meeting strict production timescales (Takt time).
Identify and support resolution of issues relating to quality, cost, or productivity.
Maintain a clean, organised and safe work area, in line with brand standards.
Wear and maintain uniform/PPE to professional standards.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive performance and efficiency.
Consistently demonstrate the core values and high standards expected in a premium manufacturing setting.
Experience & Skills:
No formal qualifications required.
Prior experience in automotive or manufacturing environments is advantageous.
Comfortable working to defined processes and timelines.
Experience working as part of a team in a hands-on production role preferred.
