Role: Administrative Assistant
Duration: 6 months with possibility of extension
Location: Remote, UK
Key Deliverables or Milestones:
(Diary management for Head of TO and Head of Delivery - organising internal and external meetings across multiple time zones.
Management of purchase orders, supplier contracts and invoices, tracking spend and liaising with Procurement and Legal to ensure compliance.
Managing the Transformation Office mailbox and fielding queries.
Managing the onboarding of new colleagues and contractors, liaising with HR and IT to ensure a seamless joining process.
Co-ordinating travel plans and processing all expenses, ensuring adherence to company policies and deadlines.
Providing project support to the wider team with sending communications, meeting invites and co-ordinating information.
Point person for the Business Liaison role for Records Information Management (RIM) in the TO dept.
Skills
Microsoft 365.
Ariba Guided Buying.
Concur travel and expenses.
Experience
At least 5 years' experience working in a global organisation at a senior level and working across different time zones.
Sensitive to different cultures.
Able to cope in a fast moving, ever evolving environment.
Having worked in a Pharma company an advantage.
Problem solving skills.
