PM Shift Warehouse Operative

Job Title: Container Unloader Location: NorthamptonHours: 14:00 - 22:00 (Set Shift)Pay Rate: £12.21 per hourContract Type: Ongoing WorkJob Overview: We are currently seeking reliable and physically fit Container Unloaders to join our team. This is an ongoing position involving manual handling and heavy lifting. You will be responsible for unloading goods from shipping containers efficiently and safely, while maintaining high standards of health and safety at all times.Key Responsibilities:

• Unload containers manually or using equipment as required
• Handle heavy items safely and in line with manual handling guidelines
• Sort, stack, and move goods to designated areas
• Check and record product quantities and condition
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Follow all site health and safety policies and procedures
• Work efficiently to meet unloading targets and deadlines

Requirements:

• Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting
• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or unloading role (preferred but not essential)
• Good attention to detail and teamwork skills
• Punctual, reliable, and safety-conscious
• Ability to work the set shift hours (14:00 - 22:00)
