Estate Surveyor

Local authority in Greater Manchester are looking for an estate surveyor for an initial period of three - six months.

Purpose of the role:

To contribute to the effective delivery of the Asset Management Planning, Estates Management and Valuation functions.

To lead the delivery of identified areas of responsibility including the following disciplines:

• Disposal of land and property assets declared surplus to the requirements of the Council.
• Management of the let estate.
• Acquisition of property interests for corporate schemes and plans.
• Valuation of landed assets for all revenue and capital purposes.

Property review and the implementation and development of asset management planning processes.

350 a day umbrella

Hybrid working

3-6 months initially
