Location: Cambridge

Contract: Full-time, Permanent (37 hours per week, full year)

Salary: £37,705 per annum + excellent staff benefits

Are you an experienced Careers professional with a passion for supporting students' futures?

We're recruiting on behalf of an FE College based in Cambridgeshire for a dynamic and experienced Careers & World of Work Manager to lead their Careers and Work Experience provision.

As part of the Student Services team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering a high-quality Careers Programme that supports students and apprentices to achieve their aspirations.

About the Role:

• Lead and manage the Careers and World of Work team to deliver an outstanding service.

• Coordinate high-quality impartial advice and guidance for students and apprentices.

• Oversee work experience, placements, and employer engagement activities.

• Drive the achievement of the Gatsby Benchmarks and continuous improvement of CRC's Careers Programme.

• Collaborate with employers, partners, and external agencies to enhance career and employability opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience managing Careers and Work Experience provision within an FE setting.

• Level 6 Diploma in Careers Guidance and Development (or equivalent).

• Strong understanding of the Gatsby Benchmarks and FE careers frameworks.

• Excellent leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills.

• Flexible, proactive, and professional approach, with the ability to work under pressure.
