Job Title: Part-Time Retail Assistant

Location: Covent Garden, London

Remuneration: £12.50 - £13 per hour

Duration: Temporary (2-3 months)

Hours/Days: Part Time hours with shifts across Monday - Sunday (up to 25 hours a week)

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly smile to enhance their shopping experience.
• Maintain a clean and organised sales floor, ensuring all merchandise is displayed attractively.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
• Provide product knowledge to customers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organising backroom areas.
• Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and ensure a positive atmosphere.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and care.

Skills:

• Some experience in retail is preferred, but enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key!
• Experience within luxury retail would be desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities.
