Senior Contract Manager for a major Offshore Wind Developer based in the Netherlands

Responsibilities

• Provide contract management support across SGRE's offshore wind service maintenance contracts.
• Deliver high-quality claims management and dispute resolution across a large portfolio.
• Prepare and lead contract awareness sessions across service teams.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Develop contract-specific documentation and improve operational efficiency.
• Investigate operational challenges and develop practical, commercially sound solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in contract management on large infrastructure or energy projects.
• Strong background in O&M contracts for Power Plants; experience in Offshore Wind is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyse complex contract structures and propose effective solutions.
• University degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
• Dutch language skills are desirable but not essential.
