About the RoleWe're looking for enthusiastic and nurturing term-time nursery assistant to become key workers for toddlers in this inspiring, nature-led nursery.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting and guiding toddlers' development through creative indoor and outdoor play.
Acting as a key person for children aged 1-2, forming positive relationships with them and their families.
Leading Forest School and nature-based learning sessions across the nursery's stunning outdoor spaces.
Planning and delivering stimulating, age-appropriate activities that encourage curiosity and exploration.
Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a warm, engaging, and inclusive environment.
Assisting with daily routines such as meals, naps, and personal care in line with early years standards.
Observing, recording, and reflecting on each child's progress following the EYFS framework.
We're seeking someone who is passionate about early years education and thrives in an outdoor, child-centred learning environment.
