Salt has partnered with a high-growth challenger brand, born in London and now operating across the UK and Europe. This planet-friendly disruptor is now looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team and craft inspiring, impactful content across channels - including copy, CRM, social media, and web.
You'll bring creativity, digital fluency, and strategic storytelling to the table, connecting words and visuals in ways that resonate with diverse audiences and amplify a bold, purpose-driven brand.
The Role:
- Be the go-to person for content across all channels, maintaining a consistent and distinctive tone of voice.
- Create engaging copy for marketing and product touchpoints, including web, email, social, video, and campaigns.
- Manage the CMS and collaborate with Product to ensure a scalable, user-friendly platform.
- Plan and execute social and editorial calendars, aligning content with marketing goals and key moments.
- Build relationships with influencers and creators to deliver campaigns and storytelling.
- Monitor review platforms and online communities, maintaining positive brand sentiment.
- Analyse content performance using analytics and A/B testing, optimising reach and engagement.
The Person:
- 4+ year's of experience in content creation with a strong copywriting background.
- Proven experience in copywriting, content creation, and community management for D2C brands.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, with SEO knowledge.
- Eye for design and basic video content creation.
- Data-informed, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Adaptable, creative, and open to feedback.
