Adecco is proud to be recruiting on behalf of Havering Council for a Talent Consultant to join their Starting Well service. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and delivery of innovative talent management solutions within a dynamic local authority setting.

As a Talent Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing talent strategies that support the council's workforce needs. You'll work across all aspects of talent management - attraction, identification, development, engagement, and deployment - ensuring the right people are in the right roles at the right time.

• Support the implementation of talent strategies with expert advice and guidance that enhances the employee experience.
• Manage recruitment processes and administration, ensuring timely completion and accurate record-keeping.
• Contribute to employer branding and the development of Havering's employee value proposition.
• Collaborate with HR and communications teams to ensure recruitment information is accessible and engaging.
• Lead recruitment campaigns using approved frameworks, working closely with senior leaders and external agencies.
• Advise managers on sourcing strategies to attract diverse and high-quality talent, including internal redeployment options.

• Proven experience in talent management or recruitment within a public sector or complex organisation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach to workforce planning.
