Your new role Are you a part-qualified Management Accountant ready to take ownership of dynamic business units and drive project success through sharp financial insight? We're looking for a proactive, commercially minded finance professional to join this growing team and make a real impact.What You'll Be Doing:

• Partnering with business unit leaders to provide financial guidance and performance analysis
• Owning project accounting from end to end - budgeting, forecasting, tracking spend, and reporting variances
• Preparing monthly management accounts and insightful commentary
• Supporting strategic decision-making with robust financial modelling and scenario planning
• Driving process improvements and helping embed financial controls across projects
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure financial alignment and transparency

What you'll need to succeed
Part-qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) with strong progress toward qualification

• Experience in management accounting, ideally with exposure to project accounting or cost centre reporting
• Excellent Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Netsuite)
• Strong communication skills and a business partnering mindset
• A curious, analytical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
