HGV Class 1 Driver

CLASS 1 DRIVER - NIGHTS

MONDAY - FRIDAY: START TIMES BETWEEN 18:00 - 20:00PAY RATE: £18.00 PER HOUR

People Solutions are currently recruiting for Class 1 Night Drivers to join our well-established client based in Coventry.

This is a fantastic opportunity offering great rates of pay, ongoing work, and a consistent night shift schedule.

Day-to-Day Duties• Drive Class 1 vehicles safely and efficiently• Carry out Class 1 trailer swaps between Coventry and Holyhead Port• Ensure all loads are secure and compliant with safety standards• Perform daily vehicle checks and defect reporting• Communicate effectively with the Transport Team regarding any delays or issues• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately• No handball required

Essential Skills• Valid UK Category CE Driving Licence• Valid Digital Tachograph Card• Valid Driver Qualification Card (DQC/CPC)• Reliable and professional attitude

Desirable Experience• Previous Class 1 driving experience

Training Provided• Full training and ongoing support provided
