Key Responsibilities

Lead and direct audit assignments across a portfolio of high-growth and internationally active entitiesManage and develop high-performing teams with mentoring, coaching, and people leadershipContribute to business development, winning new engagements and strengthening client relationshipsProvide technical guidance in UK GAAP, IFRS, and relevant auditing standardsCollaborate with partners on strategic initiatives, risk management, and operational improvements
What You'll BringACA / ICAS qualified (or equivalent) with extensive audit experienceProven success in managing complex audits, delivering quality outputs, and engaging stakeholdersStrong people development experience, with a passion for mentoring and team growthCommercial mindset with the ability to spot and convert new business opportunitiesExcellent communication, adaptability, and leadership capabilities
