As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you ll receive full training, ongoing development, and one-to-one mentorship to become a specialist consultant in your field. You ll be building relationships, closing deals, and building a reputation for providing an outstanding service.

What You ll Be Doing

• Sourcing and qualifying candidates for specialist roles.
• Developing relationships with clients and understanding their hiring needs.
• Networking and developing your knowledge of a niche engineering market sector.
• Negotiating deals and closing placements in a high-energy, performance-driven environment.
• Working to and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from first call to offer stage.
• Full training will be provided to ensure you have all the skills and tools to achieve your full potential.
