Principal Process and Performance Manager - S2C / CLM Systems Lead

Summer-Browning Associates is currently supporting our Defence client, who is seeking a Principal Process and Performance Manager for an initial eleven-month assignment with the option to extend.

Location: Reading / Hybrid working -

The ideal candidates will have a strong background in Commercial Management, with the following skills and experience: -

• Experience in source-to-contract processes and contract lifecycle management.
• Experience in Commercial Excellence and performance processes.
• Experience in Contract Management and post-award activities within the Defence, Nuclear, or Central Government sectors.
• Knowledge of Public Sector Procurement regulations (PCR 2015).
• Familiarity with using CCS procurement frameworks.
• Proficiency in the Jaggaer platform.
• Experience with the Procurement Act 2023 (desired).
• Experience in NEC 3/4 Contract Management (desired)
• CIPS Certification (desired).
