About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Painter & Decorator to join our team, working on social housing properties across Lewisham.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out all aspects of internal painting and decorating within occupied and void social housing properties
• Prepare surfaces by washing, scraping, sanding, filling, and sealing cracks and holes
• Maintain a clean and professional working environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator, ideally within the social housing sector
• Full UK driving licence (van and fuel card provided)
• NVQ Level 2 in Painting & Decorating or equivalent qualification (preferred)
