GENERAL OPERATIVE

4 ON 4 OFF ROTAWORKING TWO DAYS (7AM - 7PM) & TWO NIGHTS (7PM - 7AM)£12.21 PER HOUR (DAYS) £13.82 PER HOUR (NIGHTS)

People Solutions are currently recruiting for General Operatives to join our well-established client based in Sywell, Northamptonshire.

Day-to-Day Duties• Repairing pallets to company quality standards• Checking pallets for damage, defects, and overall quality• Using hand tools such as electric saws, nail guns, and spray guns• Working between indoor and outdoor areas depending on workload• Using pump trucks to safely move pallets around the site

Essential Skills• Good level of English to follow written and verbal instructions• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Desirable Experience• Previous experience using power tools or working in a similar environment

Training Provided• Full training provided by the client• Shadow shifts with an experienced trainer prior to working independently
