Job Description
We are currently seeking a proactive Machine Operative to join our clients team, based at Lillyhall.
Position: Machine/Manufacturing Operative
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 am - 3:30 pm
Rate: Starting at 12.21 per hour, with potential for increase based on performance
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating machinery to produce high-quality products
- Monitoring production processes and ensuring efficiency
- Conducting quality checks on finished goods
- Assisting with routine maintenance tasks
Requirements:
- Previous experience in machine operation or production preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Willingness to learn and adapt
