Location: Acton, London
Pay: £13.85 per hour / £27,008 per annum (Overtime: £15.52 per hour)
Hours: Full-time, minimum 37.5 hours per week (rota basis, including days, nights, and weekends)

• Days Full time (37.5 hours on a rota basis Mon-Sun)
• Nights full time (40 hours 4 nights per week)

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping people with learning disabilities live safe, fulfilling, and independent lives. You will support individuals with a range of needs, from complex health conditions and communication challenges to those working towards greater independence.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing person-centred care and support, both day and night.
• Assisting with all aspects of daily living, including personal care and household tasks.
• Supporting individuals to access the community, build independence skills, and stay safe.
• Working collaboratively with families and professionals to ensure the best outcomes.
• Using digital tools and apps to promote independence and track progress.

What We re Looking For

• Flexibility to work days, nights, or both on a rota basis (minimum 37.5 hours per week).
• Previous experience working with individuals with complex needs ideally in a Support Living Service
• Willingness to undertake manual handling and personal care as part of daily duties.
