We're looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our busy, high-performing Construction team. With an established client base and long-standing contracts, you'll join a team that offers an excellent foundation to grow your desk and deliver outstanding results.

What You'll Be Doing:
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll take full ownership of the recruitment process in a fast-paced environment where your results drive your success:
- Lead the full 360 recruitment cycle - sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates across construction roles.
- Generate new business through outbound B2B calls, LinkedIn outreach, and client visits.
- Negotiate fees and terms of confidentiality to maximise commercial outcomes for you and clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates, acting as their trusted advisor.
- Work closely with the team to contribute to overall business growth and share your market knowledge.
What We're Looking For:
- 360 recruitment experience is required; experience in construction or related industries is preferred but not essential.
- Demonstrable success managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
- Strong business development skills with the ability to build and nurture relationships.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience in working to KPIs and revenue targets.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven with a passion for exceeding goals.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a busy, dynamic environment.
