Mon-Thurs: 14:30 to 22:30 ( hour lunch)
Fri: 12:20 to 20:00

What You'll Be Doing
Operating surface grinding, milling, drilling, and lapping machines to precise specifications.
Producing high-tolerance components for critical industrial applications.
Working from engineering drawings and using a range of precision measuring tools.
Collaborating with the team to meet on-time delivery (OTIF) targets.
Maintaining a safe, tidy, and efficient workshop environment.
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
What We're Looking For
Good experience in a toolroom or precision engineering environment.
Skilled in surface grinding operations and comfortable with other manual machining duties.
Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Understanding of Health & Safety practices in a workshop setting.
A proactive team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Bonus Skills (not essential):
Assembly or fitting experience.
Apprenticeship or college-level qualification in mechanical engineering (or equivalent).
