PCB Design Engineer

We're recruiting for a PCB Design Engineer to join a world-leading engineering team that designs high-speed, mission-critical PCBs used in advanced military, aerospace, and rugged industrial systems. You'll be working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment delivering cutting-edge solutions for land, sea, and air platforms.

• Design high-speed PCBs for complex electronic assemblies
• Conduct signal and power integrity analysis
• Participate in design reviews and support cross-functional teams
• Ensure compliance with design, quality, and manufacturing standards
• Generate design documentation, drawings, and reports
• Collaborate closely with hardware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams
• Engage in continuous improvement across tools, processes, and practices

• Strong experience with analog and digital PCB layout
• Deep knowledge of ECAD tools - especially Siemens EDA Xpedition (Layout, Designer, CES, EDM, etc.)
• Familiarity with HDI, sequential, and multi-layer PCB technologies
• Skilled in high-speed interfaces: DDR4/5, GDDR6, PCIe Gen3/4, Gigabit Ethernet
• Proficient in DFT/DFM best practices and the full PCB development lifecycle
• Ability to work across global teams with strong communication skills

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• Proven track record of delivering complex, high-reliability PCB designs
• Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn from feedback
