Admin Customer Service Office based

Customer Service & Administration Assistant Office-based 35 hours per week Middlewich, Cheshire Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm + 4 hours every other SaturdayWe're looking for a confident and organised Customer Service & Admin Assistant to join a busy, office-based role. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being the go-to person for queries and support, this could be the perfect fit. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Handling customer queries with professionalism and care
  • Updating records and databases accurately using Microsoft Office (Excel essential)
  • Preparing and distributing information packs
  • Covering reception duties and welcoming visitors
  • Supporting general administrative tasks across the team
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous office-based experience is essential
  • Excellent IT skills, especially in Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and organisational abilities
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
Working Hours:
  • 35 hours per week: Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm
  • Plus 4 hours every other Saturday
