Our client is a leader in their field, and they are looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join a division that works with sensitive government and commercial clients in Bristol.
Your new role
As a Finance Business Partner, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality financial support across bidding, project delivery, and reporting.
You'll be instrumental in:
Bid Support: Collaborating with bid and project managers to ensure robust pricing and bid model integrity.
Project Delivery Oversight: Partnering with project teams to ensure accurate cost attribution and forecasting using corporate toolsets.
Management Accounting: Producing monthly accounts, forecasts, budgets, and insightful financial analysis.
Strategic Reporting: Supporting quarterly performance reviews, annual budgeting, and internal audit processes.
Ad Hoc Projects: Contributing to wider finance initiatives across the Secure Government team.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a part-qualified or newly qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) with proven business partnering experience and strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, macros); Power BI knowledge is a plus. You will have an analytical mindset with commercial awareness and be proactive and able to work independently under pressure. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and familiarity with Oracle is advantageous.
What you'll get in return
This is a 12-month FTC and is available as hybrid working with your core location being Bristol and is paying c.£65,000 with an excellent range of benefits.
