This is a telephone-based role, working with both personal and business customers, where building strong relationships and providing a smooth, high-quality customer journey are key.

The Role:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and professional advice over the phone
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple customer needs and priorities
  • Take ownership of your development, with full training and ongoing support at every stage
  • Adhere to FCA regulations and internal compliance standards when giving advice
  • Accurately document every interaction, ensuring quality, clarity, and the best possible outcome for each customer

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in insurance sales (essential)
  • Strong knowledge of protection products and the advice process
  • CeMAP or RO5 (or equivalent) qualification required
  • Professional, confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills
  • Target-driven, with the motivation to achieve and exceed sales goals
