Supporting this curriculum are on-site residential facilities, a fully operational farm with robotic dairy and an animal centre.
Executive Director of Lackham - The Role:

Our client is looking for a dynamic professional with a proven track record of success and a genuine desire to play a pivotal role in the strategic development of the College's curriculum and the Lackham Campus. They have a clear vision to be recognised as providing outstanding education, delivering the skills needed locally and for the wider region.
With extensive experience of curriculum leadership and a strong understanding of Further and Higher Education, the Executive Director will be required to support and deliver on the strategy for the development of the campus.
They particularly welcome applications from individuals with a land based background, as well as those with transferable skills from related fields, where experience aligns with the nature and context of the role.
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), the post holder will have a key role in building on the excellent partnerships and professional relationships with local stakeholders.
The post holder will lead and manage a number of Heads of Faculty with provision for 16-18 year olds, adults, apprentices and higher education as well as Residential accommodation and the farm and its associated functions.
