Technical Delivery Manager - Integrated Air and Missile Defence (IAMD)

The Role:
We are seeking a Technical Delivery Manager with expertise in Integrated Air and Missile Defence (IAMD) to manage and deliver our portfolio of analytical and insight services. You will lead cross-disciplinary teams, engage with senior stakeholders, and help shape Defence capability decisions. This is a pivotal role for someone passionate about driving data-informed change in a highly complex, strategic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote BIC services and portfolio offerings across Defence.

• Generate, manage, and deliver a pipeline of theme work with internal and supplier teams.

• Ensure delivery to time, cost, and quality, resolving issues and risks proactively.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior Defence stakeholders (1-star level and below).

• Support capability planning, decision-making, and integration across Defence.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Extensive experience in IAMD and influencing senior leadership.

• Demonstrated leadership in complex, transformational organisations.

• Strong communicator with collaborative and consultative approach.

• Experienced in Agile delivery and leading technical teams.

• Servant leader with coaching experience and a track record in agile product delivery.
