This role will be a key face to the business and ultimately responsible for overall revenue delivery by overseeing sales, account management, marketing and data analytics.
Commercial Director Responsibilities
- Define and execute the UK growth strategy including new client acquisition, client development and translating data-driven insights into commercial success.
- Assume full P&L accountability for new business growth, strategic partnerships, optimising commercial systems such as pricing, CRM and analytics.
- Represent the business in key client meetings, industry events, with trade associations and at networking opportunities.
- Develop team capabilities and provide inspirational leadership.
- Continually shape the proposition and identifying areas for growth.
Commercial Director Skills Required
- A successful track record of strategic leadership experience gained in a TMC / Business Travel or Travel Technology environment
- Demonstrable success in driving sustainable revenue growth and sales strategies.
- Proficient in using data analytics platforms to drive commercial success
- Inspirational people leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills and a confident public speaker.

- Some degree of flexible working is agreeable, although a strong presence in the West London head office as well as occasional visits to other smaller sites in the UK will be required, as will travel to attend business meetings conferences and events.
